Can those little aquarium frogs live in the same container as a betta?

I’m looking for a pet that can live in a little aquarium like a betta can because I live in a dorm and don’t want anything bigger. Don’t wanna get a heater and all that stuff either. I’ve had bettas already and really don’t want another one. Thanks
sorry my question might throw people off. the frog won’t be living with a betta just in containers that are made for bettas.
